Such a good experience; Michael and his co-worker were super friendly and professional. They diagnosed my draining/backup issue and resolved it super fast, and I am very thankful for that. Quick, east, and kept it clean. Loved it!
I was very happy with my septic tank clean out done by Frank at Charles H. Chester Plumbing and Heating, Inc. Frank was very informative and taught me just how to take care of my septic system in the future. Especially about so called disposable wet wipes. My tank is ok, but will be better now that I know exactly how to take care of it. Thank you Frank, you made the smelly experience quite lovely.
Oh, also, they got to my house the very next day, not a month out.
I contracted Charles H Chester Plumbing and Heating to hook my house up to natural gas along with conversion of my two appliances, hot water heater and HVAC systems. The two men came to the house at agreed time and preformed the jobs as requested. They kept me advised during the entire time as to what they were doing. The county inspector and gas company technician came and approved their work. I am very pleased with the final outcome and the work that was completed.
We like Chester Plumbing, he followed directions for the facility, brought his own PPE and was professional and ready to work.

Frankie did a great job of replacing freez free hose bib. And explained everything he was doing. Have had new furnace and H2O heater done in the past. Always good work.
