After going through two other Heating businesses, Chester's tech, Erich, came and figured out the problem, fixed it quickly, and was friendly. Cost me less than the others as well.
With winter coming and a furnace not working… I would highly recommend Charles Chester. From the young gal who helped get us scheduled within a week to Erich and his helper(sorry,didn't catch his name) get our furnace back up and running. Erich had great communication and walked us through what was wrong and what needed to be done!! We are grateful to have it back and working!
Chester plumbing did an amazing job working with us to get a new furnace, AC, and water heater. They were very responsive and very knowledgeable in getting the right appliances for our homes size. Pricing was fair and they made install a breeze. I would recommend them to anyone.
Being Monday morning, I thought I'd be waiting all week for a Tech to arrive.
Roughly an hour after I called, Eric arrived, and with in 5 minutes found the problem and corrected it.
A wire on new thermostat, had been connected to the wrong terminal, due to manufactor offset printing of the terminal connections.
Eric said with the thermostat I had installed, it was a commen problem.

Can't say enough good things about this company !! Excellent customer service, Crew showed up early for the job and went above and beyond. I had a blown main line in the yard and they were able to make the repairs in under an hour and water was restored to our home !! 5 STARS ALL AROUND.. ????
Thanks, Chester Plumbing for resurrecting our furnace yet again. I called late on a Tuesday afternoon, and Jacob was here the next day before lunch to diagnose & fix our miserable menace of a furnace. He even called when he was about 30 minutes out so I could meet him at the house without losing too much time away from work. His approach was systematic and thorough, and he conducted tests to rule out any other causes for the problem, all in a very reasonable amount of time. He had everything buttoned up and was gone in about an hour. I'm very happy with Jacob's service & I'd appreciate if you'd let his supervisor know. He was super respectful of our home, wiping his feet before coming in, and asked about securing doors & lights on his way up out of the basement. His writeup was thorough and understandable, neat & legible, and with no spelling or grammar errors.
The drain in my basement was backing up, within 30 minutes of calling the tech was at my house and less than an hour later the clog was cleared. He was very courteous and had our emergency fixed quick. Would definitely call them again. ???? Our tech was Dwayne (spelling could be wrong, sorry!) and he was great.
