Erich was so very friendly and understanding on what we were going through with our old furnace. He fixed the issue I was having very quickly but he also made sure once we turned it off and back on to ensure it was going to stay feeding heat to my freezing house. Thank you Erich for servicing us and ensuring it was safe to do so as well! I do want to add that he explained the process of each individual item on my furnace and what I needed to look for in the future, etc. He's a great teacher!
