Frankie did a great job of replacing freez free hose bib. And explained everything he was doing. Have had new furnace and H2O heater done in the past. Always good work.
We had the best experience with Chester Plumbing and would highly recommend them. I had a water leak under my house, and they came out that morning and fixed it promptly. In addition, the plumbers explained every detail as to what they were doing and how I needed to maintain the plumbing. All of the workers and, Jasmine the receptionist, were so professional! Thank-you Chester Plumbing.
They always fix the problem no matter what it is. I have used Charles Chester for 20 years and they have always done right by me.
After going through two other Heating businesses, Chester's tech, Erich, came and figured out the problem, fixed it quickly, and was friendly. Cost me less than the others as well.
With winter coming and a furnace not working… I would highly recommend Charles Chester. From the young gal who helped get us scheduled within a week to Erich and his helper(sorry, didn't catch his name) get our furnace back up and running. Erich had great communication and walked us through what was wrong and what needed to be done!! We are grateful to have it back and working!
Chester plumbing did an amazing job working with us to get a new furnace, AC, and water heater. They were very responsive and very knowledgeable in getting the right appliances for our homes size. Pricing was fair and they made install a breeze. I would recommend them to anyone.
